AyurMap Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By downloading or using AyurMap ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"), which is incorporated into these Terms. These Terms add to the Apple EULA. If the two conflict, the Apple EULA governs to the extent required. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Not medical advice
Do not use the app in place of advice from a doctor or other qualified health professional, and do not delay seeking care because of something you read in it. Talk to a professional before changing your diet, exercise or routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Free and Premium features
Some features are free. Others require an AyurMap Premium subscription, sold as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's App Store.

Prices in other countries are shown in local currency in the app and on the App Store, and may include taxes. The price shown in the app at the time of purchase is the price you pay. Free-trial availability can depend on eligibility (for example, whether you have used a trial before).
4. Auto-renewable subscription terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends if you start with a trial.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in the App Store app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- When you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refund is given for the unused part of a period, except where required by law.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Free-trial terms
- If a free trial is offered, it converts automatically to a paid subscription at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Trials are generally limited to one per Apple ID, as determined by Apple.
6. Restoring purchases
If you reinstall the app or use a new device with the same Apple ID, tap Restore purchases on the paywall or in Profile to unlock Premium again.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its content, except as allowed by law or by the Apple EULA. The app's text, suggestions, design and other content are owned by the AyurMap team and are protected by copyright.
8. Your data
AyurMap stores your information on your device only and does not collect data. See the Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for your device and its backups.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any suggestion will suit you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, illness, or loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app or from relying on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
